Tools for the Development of Ukrainian Business in the USA

If you have ever thought about creating a business in the United States of America, been interested in the advantages of business administration of legal entities in the United States of America, we invite you to participate in the online event on the “Tools for the development of Ukrainian business” topic, which the IT Ukraine Association organizes together with the SP Management company.

Date: September 6, 2022.

We will talk about:
  •  Creation of a legal entity in the USA and its advantages;
  •  Disclosure requirements for the US regulatory authorities;
  •  Opening bank accounts in leading American banks;
  •  Business administration of a legal entity;
  •  Departure of citizens of Ukraine to the USA. “Uniting for Ukraine” United States government program.
Our speakers:
  • Nick Piazza, CEO, SP Advisors.
Nick has been actively operating in Ukraine and Georgia since 2004. Prior to founding SP Advisors, Nick transformed Bank of Georgia’s BGCapital/Galt & Taggart investment division into a leader in IPO and PE in Ukraine and Georgia during 2008-2011. Nick was on the board of directors of the Ukrainian bank BG Bank, where he was leading the process of restructuring the bank’s corporate portfolio and was responsible for the creation of a large private equity division. Prior to that, Nick had coordinated sales, analytics and corporate finance at Concorde Capital.
  • Oleksandr Yaremenko, Director of the Legal Department/Operations Director, SP Advisors.
Oleksandr was directly involved in the founding of SP Advisors. He is responsible for operational activities and legal support in the corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including corporate restructuring, reorganization and creation of offshore structures. Prior to working at SP Advisors, Oleksandr was working at BG Capital, the investment division of the Bank of Georgia, for six years, and was deputy general director and legal consultant at “Service-Reyestr” Company and “Etalon” Corporation. Oleksandr has broad experience in establishing subsidiaries in Europe and the CIS countries, as well as experience in legal support of merger and acquisition agreements.
