On 5 June, at the HR Directors Forum — one of the key professional events for Ukraine’s HR community — MODUS X Chief Commercial Officer Iryna Hodovaniuk delivered a talk titled “The Company in Your Smartphone: an omnichannel experience for everyone — from the office to the field.” The event brought together HR leaders from across the country to discuss leadership in times of crisis, well-being, corporate culture and the future of work.
At the heart of the talk was the idea that defines the MODUS X approach to the digital employee experience: the distance between a person and their company should be a single tap away — not one more obstacle. This is the principle behind DEEP, the MODUS X mobile platform that brings services, communications, documents, requests and feedback together in a single app, available to employees anywhere and in any work format.
The central message of the talk was a shift in the very logic of interaction. For years, technology required the employee to take the step forward — to learn the system, keep up with the process, “reach” the company. And this is a matter not only of convenience, but of respect — a company that is easy to reach shows that it values the people within it.

Taking part in the HR Directors Forum was another opportunity to show the market how MODUS X develops its own products and sets new standards for employee experience — from internal solutions within the DTEK Group to scalable products for external clients.
