A member company of the IT Ukraine Association, SoftServe, has acquired the Indian company NewVision Software, which specialises in agentic assurance, product engineering and intelligent managed services.
NewVision Software was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Pune, India. Following completion of the deal, more than 700 of the company’s engineers will join SoftServe, along with its management team – CEO Kapil Godani, COO Balan Ramaswamy and other executives. NewVision Software will continue to operate under its own brand as a wholly owned subsidiary of SoftServe.
This is SoftServe’s second M&A deal since the start of the full-scale war, and the company’s first entry into the Indian talent market, which employs around 6 million IT professionals.
