In a world where the speed of technological change surpasses the ability of businesses to adapt, the role of the leader has long moved beyond operational management. Today, the executive is a visionary, an innovator, and someone who knows how to combine technology with human potential.
This was the topic of discussion for Anna Tyschenko (CEO of Product Business at XME.digital, CEO of IT Service Company JEVERA, and Representative on the ITU Council for 2025–2026) during a lecture of the “Vidvazhna 3. The Digital Evolution of Business” programme.
Anna emphasised that digital transformation starts not with technology, but with vision and understanding of exactly how changes improve the customer’s life. The modern leader is a combination of four key characteristics:
Digital maturity is not just about a website or CRM, but the full integration of digital tools into all processes. Companies should start not by choosing technologies, but by focusing on business goals: speed of service, customer satisfaction, revenue, and NPS (Net Promoter Score). Next, it is important to determine which tasks digital solutions can make simpler, faster, or almost revolutionary—and only then formulate the digital strategy and portfolio of initiatives.
Anna shared the main principle: digitalisation is a journey that cannot be completed in a single leap. It is important to build changes gradually, to cultivate leaders within the team who become carriers of the transformation culture, and not to be afraid to involve external experts for a fresh perspective.
The new season of the visionary women’s accelerator Vidvazhna 3.
