The main business of the company is the support of corporate IT systems, or so-called managed services, for companies in the small and medium business segment. Diya has an office in Zhytomyr, where about 20 specialists work on projects, and partner offices in Ireland, Switzerland and the United States.
Diya was created in 2018 as a result of three years of cooperation under the eponymous brand of its founders — Ukrainian freelancers. Currently, the company cooperates with small and medium-sized businesses in the US, EU, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The main direction of business is the support of corporate IT-systems. However, in addition to the 24/7 operating model, the company provides customers with IT monitoring services and customer support.
On the way to transforming from freelancers into a full-fledged IT company, we studied all the steps on our own. We grew organically, without attracting investments or partner companies, and accordingly learned from our own mistakes. Participation in the Association will allow us to share our experience with start-up IT entrepreneurs, as well as learn from the experience of recognized market leaders.
