AI-Novation, a Ukrainian technology company with many years of experience in cloud technologies and business process automation, has now joined the IT Ukraine Association.
Today, the company develops AI solutions for business automation, including the AI-Novation platform and its new AI-NovaVision direction.

One of the company’s key products is AI-Novation, a SaaS platform designed to automate communication between businesses and their customers. The platform enables companies to create their own AI consultant without specialised programming knowledge or complex technical configuration. The AI consultant can operate across various digital channels, automating consultations, enquiries, sales and customer service.
A new strategic direction for the company is AI-NovaVision, a technology that transforms conventional video surveillance systems into intelligent cameras capable of analysing what is happening on a site around the clock.
AI-NovaVision can be used in retail, manufacturing, logistics, services and other industries where continuous process monitoring and timely access to operational information are essential. The AI solution analyses video streams 24/7 based on predefined scenarios, such as compliance with established processes and standards, employee performance, customer movements and interactions, as well as the detection of specified events and violations. It can then promptly notify the relevant employees. In this way, a video camera becomes more than just a tool for recording footage. It becomes a source of structured information that can help businesses monitor operational processes, improve efficiency and gain a better understanding of what is happening across their sites.
