HR Processes Among Top Digitalization Demands: IT-Enterprise Projects for Raiffeisen Bank, Oschadbank, Credit Agricole Bank, NIBULON, and DTEK Group

In the first quarter of 2026, large Ukrainian companies significantly increased their focus on HR process digitalization. This area became a key priority among digitalization requests amid staff shortages and rising operational pressures, according to IT-Enterprise experts.

According to the company, in the first months of the year, demand for HR digitalization among new clients doubled, while every fifth existing client plans to launch HR development projects within the year. Business interest is highest in solutions for preboarding, onboarding, recruitment, staff training, and LMS systems, which allow faster integration of new employees and enhance their performance.

The labor market has changed structurally: staff shortages are no longer cyclical but systemic. Therefore, businesses are beginning to measure HR efficiency not by the number of processes but by the speed at which new employees create value. That is why time-to-productivity becomes a key performance indicator of HR systems,

— notes Natalia Prymak, LMS process digitalization expert at IT-Enterprise.

Among the most common HR digitalization initiatives in large companies are the creation of unified HR ecosystems with full-cycle personnel management automation alongside traditional HR and payroll functions. Priorities include implementing digital recruitment systems and HR analytics for managing the hiring “funnel,” as well as forming a seamless HR loop — from recruitment to onboarding, training, and performance evaluation using LMS and digital onboarding.

These approaches allow companies to accelerate new employee adaptation and systematically develop team competencies. Similar HR digitalization practices have already been implemented in major Ukrainian companies, including Raiffeisen Bank, Oschadbank, Credit Agricole Bank, NIBULON, and DTEK Group.

According to IT-Enterprise, a key efficiency metric remains the reduction of time-to-productivity, which on average improved by 30–40%, while cost savings on HR processes due to automation range from 20–35%.

Modern digital HR systems are no longer just personnel accounting tools. It’s really about managing the speed of competency development in a company. Businesses need digital platforms that enable rapid integration of people into processes, knowledge scaling, and building an internal talent reserve,

— comments Oleg Shcherbatenko, founder and CEO of IT-Enterprise.

IT-Enterprise analysts emphasize that in 2026, digital HR ecosystems are becoming a crucial factor in company competitiveness, accelerating team development and improving business operations efficiency.
