How Data Builds Trust: CRM.UA Demonstrates Why the Future of Business is in the Cloud

Cloud technologies have become not merely a trend, but a strategic advantage for companies aiming for cost savings and scalability. This was stated by Andriy Bezgubenko, President of the CRM.UA Group of Companies, during his presentation entitled “Cloud Technologies: From Complex to Simple” at the “Vidvazhna 3. The Digital Evolution of Business”  women’s accelerator.

The Cloud is not just a technology, but a business instrument that provides companies with flexibility, reduces costs, and opens access to cutting-edge technologies. In the modern world, it is cloud solutions that enable businesses to grow while remaining mobile and competitive

stressed Andriy Bezgubenko, President of the CRM.UA Group of Companies

CRM.UA is a group of Ukrainian IT companies specialising in the development and implementation of their proprietary XRM®, CRM/ERP systems, analytics (including Power BI), and other solutions for automating business processes. It is a long-standing Microsoft partner and includes the companies CRM.UA, E-Consulting, ERP.UA, DEC, and ED Athena.

The speaker emphasised:

  • CRM as a strategic asset, not just a tool: Businesses that systematically manage customer data achieve not only higher sales levels but also a deeper understanding of their audience’s behaviour.
  • Automation: the path to resilience: At a time when resources are constrained, the automation of repetitive processes (such as enquiry handling, lead management, and invoicing) allows teams to focus on strategic development.
  • Integrating CRM into business processes empowers the team: A centralised system allows every team member to see the whole picture—from marketing to sales. This ensures consistency of action, increases accountability, and helps in making data-driven decisions.
  • Analytics as the driver of change: CRM systems are not just databases; they are a source of deep insights. By analysing the effectiveness of sales channels, customer behaviour, or market trends, businesses can adjust their strategy in a timely manner and stay a step ahead of competitors.
  • The future is adaptive AI: Today’s algorithms are already capable of prompting managers for the optimal time to contact a client or predicting the risk of customer churn. The next step is the creation of adaptive CRMs that learn alongside the team and customers, multiplying business productivity.

The new season of the visionary women’s accelerator Vidvazhna 3. The Digital Evolution of Business is delivered by the Diia.Business network of entrepreneurship support centres in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and financial assistance from the Government of Japan under the project Transformational Recovery for Human Security in Ukraine, and within the framework of the global initiative She’s Next Empowered by Visa, in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association.
