Winners of the Tech360: Brand Impact 2025 Award Announced!

Tech360: Brand Impact 2025 is an award organised by the IT Ukraine Association with the support of YouScan. The award recognised the winners, their solutions, and achievements that address key challenges in business and industry development.

The YouScan team bore the responsibility of developing and implementing the methodology of submitted projects’ media activity evaluation. The analysis was based on monitoring open sources — media and social networks — from July 2024 to May 2025. Using their proprietary media monitoring system, the company collected the number of mentions of the projects, conducted sentiment analysis (i.e., determining whether the reaction was positive, neutral, or negative), and considered the total number of relevant mentions.

The evaluation did not account for the size of the company, the budget, or the number of followers. All projects that met the participation criteria had equal starting conditions, regardless of the scale or brand recognition. The YouScan team focused on the societal impact of the participants’ initiatives – how actively they were discussed, how many reactions they led to, and how they influenced the community.

We extend our gratitude to all participating companies for their proactive engagement and congratulate the deserving winners in the following award categories:

The winner in the GR category is the ITU Member EPAM with the project “Pre-Junior — a Comprehensive Approach to Informed Career Choice.” This project is not just an educational initiative, but a holistic approach to making an informed career decision. The project’s foundation is helping the state develop its future in the right direction — focusing on children.

Projects in the GR category involve systematic partnerships with the state, initiatives that support important government processes and change not only the industry but the country as a whole.

The winner in the Growth category is the team that focuses on the important topic of gender equality and successful stories of women in the IT sector — the Wtech project “Podcast: Leaders of Ukraine: Voices of Change.”

Growth is a category dedicated to projects that successfully promote a brand or product in the Ukrainian market.

Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with the Certificate Program “Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Small Organisations” won in the Talents category. We are pleased to highlight this higher education institution that not only educates but also effectively communicates its achievements, gaining media recognition.

Projects in the Talents category contribute to the country’s development through education, science and the formation of human capital.

The winner in the Help for Victory category is ITU Member Ciklum with the project “Support the Unbroken 2.0.”

This category covers projects aimed at supporting the army, helping to overcome the consequences of disasters, demining, as well as supporting the children of heroes, rehabilitation and adaptation of veterans and internally displaced persons.

The winner in the Industry Landmark Project category is GigaCloud with the project “Svoe.IT 2025.” This project is a national showroom for Ukrainian software. It received the most media mentions and stands out as a major and impactful initiative for society.

The Industry Landmark Project category recognises important initiatives that do not fall under previous categories but align with the competition’s criteria and have a significant societal impact.

The winner in the additional nomination – Association’s Choice is ITU Member Intellias with the project “Flight Must Go On,” implemented jointly with Quantum-Systems.

The Association’s Choice Nomination, presented at the award ceremony, aims to highlight the importance of a project that, regardless of the number of media mentions, resonates particularly with the activities of the IT Ukraine Association and is worthy of a special distinction.

YouScan sincerely thanks the participants of the Tech360: Brand Impact 2025 competition and offers them a free one-month access to the media monitoring platform.

The application submission period for competition projects lasted from April 23 to May 14, 2025, and the winners were awarded on June 17 at the Tech360: Policy, Talents & Growth event.

Tech360: Brand Impact 2025 was organised by the IT Ukraine Association with support from YouScan. Expo Partners — GRAFF, Book Partner — Zakapelok congratulated the winners of the competition nomination. Charity Partner — Charity Fund “Тykho” gifted the winners with symbolic wooden stork pendants.
