Welcome “Prozorro.Sale” to the community of the IT Ukraine Association

“Prozorro.Sale” is an innovative IT solution for fair and efficient e-auctions. In five years, it has transformed from a startup into a state-owned enterprise, with the main goal of building trust in the markets where state and municipal assets are distributed. Today, the “Prozorro.Sale” system holds auctions for privatization, lease of property, sale of any assets and businesses in general for tens of billions of hryvnias, which come to the state budget annually.

The function of “Prozorro.Sale” is to guarantee the safety of auctions, i.e. to protect them from the possibility of any intervention or attempts to influence the result.

In 2017, the “Prozorro.Sale” system was recognized as one of the best anti-corruption startups in the world. And in 2018, it won an international award as a project with a powerful anti-corruption effect in the competition The Shield in the Cloud Innovation Challenge, held by the USA Institute of Peace and C5 Accelerate. In 2020, “Prozorro.Sale” became a finalist in the Ukrainian IT Awards and won Silver at the World Commerce & Contracting Innovation & Excellence Awards for creating transparent markets through open data.

“Prozorro.Sale” are equal conditions for all. This is equal access to information about the asset, common rules and procedures for all participants, and the ability to monitor their compliance for society.
