On December 22, the conference “Synergy. IT Business & IT Education” — an event that for the seventh year in a row brings together the experience of numerous business professionals, authorities, and teachers will take place.
The IT industry in Ukraine is growing by 20-30% annually, a large role in this is played by quality training of Ukrainian specialists. Unfortunately, we still see a significant lag in higher education from the realities of the IT market. The reason for this is outdated approaches to the development of programs and specialties that do not take into account the interests of the market and significant regulation of universities. Therefore, systematic cooperation and synergy of key players in IT education — business, government, and educators — will contribute to the development of IT education in Ukraine.
Given today’s challenges, this year’s event is free. This will attract as many interested audiences, who seek to develop independently and invest resources in the development of IT education in Ukraine, as possible.
