Tech360: Brand Impact 2026 Award Winners

Tech360: Brand Impact 2026 Awards Ceremony marked a fitting finale to the Tech360: Policy Meets Technology conference. For the third consecutive year, the award has recognised the most impactful initiatives within the IT industry — projects that strengthen its influence, support the state, and advance technology and talent development.

The award has become a valued tradition of the IT Ukraine Association, held with the support of our partner, YouScan — an AI-powered social media monitoring platform that enables marketers, researchers, and communications and PR professionals to better understand their audiences. YouScan supports brands and agencies in managing online reputation, uncovering marketing insights, and benchmarking product perception against competitors.

The YouScan team was responsible for developing and implementing the media activity evaluation methodology. The analysis was based on monitoring open sources — media outlets and social networks — covering the period from March 2025 to March 2026. Using its proprietary media monitoring system, the team assessed the volume of mentions, their sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative), and the overall level of resonance of each initiative.

The evaluation did not take into account company size, budget, or number of followers. All participants competed on equal terms, with the key criterion being the actual impact of projects — their visibility in the public domain, audience engagement, and relevance to the industry.

This year, over 70 projects from across Ukraine were submitted, spanning key areas of IT sector development — from AI and education to social initiatives and wartime support for the country. The winning initiatives demonstrate how technology, communications, and social responsibility can work in synergy to drive business, government, and societal progress.

We extend our gratitude to all participating companies and congratulate the winners in the following categories:

PromoTech — Ukrainian ERP Forum

A national platform for top executives of Ukrainian businesses who make strategic decisions regarding company development, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. The forum brings together leaders responsible for financial transparency, business resilience, risk management, and the transition from Russian/Belarusian software to secure, modern alternatives. Projects in the PromoTech category promote technology adoption and the development of industry events within the IT sector.

Talents in Focus — Ajax Systems “Ukrainian Students at CES 2026”

The project aims to promote and enhance engineering education in Ukraine. It focuses on engaging young people in engineering disciplines and providing access to global technological practices, showcasing real career opportunities within the industry. The initiative received over 600 applications from students nationwide, with 29 selected to participate.

Projects in this category contribute to the development of education, science, and talent pipelines within the IT industry.

AI Innovation — EPAM Ukraine “AI Assistants on the Diia.Business Portal”

The project was initiated by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, and the national Diia.Business initiative, with support from the USA “Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine” project. Its goal is to create a foundational, automated support layer for entrepreneurs, enabling them to quickly identify relevant public services and support programmes, as well as access tools for business planning and documentation.

The AI Innovation category recognises initiatives that advance and popularise artificial intelligence technologies.

DobroTech — UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group “Trajectory 2” Educational Grant Programme

A comprehensive national initiative supporting Ukrainian veterans and families of service members, aimed at transforming military experience into sustainable and competitive businesses. The project provides a full transition pathway from military service to entrepreneurship, combining education, mentorship, psychological support, and access to scaling resources. It strengthens economic independence, fosters job creation, and contributes to Ukraine’s economic recovery.

Projects in the DobroTech category focus on social support, rehabilitation, and community development.

Support for Victory — Sigma Software “Major Fundraising Campaign for Sigma Software’s Anniversary”

This initiative seeks to raise awareness within the IT community about veteran rehabilitation and unite stakeholders around a meaningful cause. For the second consecutive year, the company has replaced traditional celebrations with social impact initiatives. As a result, over UAH 670,000 was raised to support the UNBROKEN rehabilitation centre for military personnel and civilians.

This category recognises projects that support the armed forces, humanitarian efforts, and the mitigation of war-related consequences.

Industry Landmark Project — Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine & Kyivstar “National Large Language Model (LLM)”

The project aims to establish AI sovereignty in Ukraine by ensuring that critical data from government AI products remains within the country, and that AI services operate free from propaganda, disinformation, and bias. It is the first Ukrainian language model trained on a unique corpus of government data, enabling a deeper understanding of the national context, language, and history, and delivering more accurate responses to users.

This category recognises projects of strategic importance to the development of the industry.

This year, two special distinctions, “Association’s Choice”, were also awarded.

One was presented to SoftServe for the initiative “Special Nomination: Mathematics Teacher”, implemented in partnership with Global Teacher Prize Ukraine, supporting teachers as a foundation for the future of the IT industry. Mathematics underpins information technology, and investing in educators directly impacts the quality of future professionals and the sector’s long-term development.

The second distinction was awarded to Beetroot Academy for the Upgrade UA 2025–2027 programme — a large-scale educational initiative aimed at developing digital and AI competencies among Ukrainians. The project combines training, practical case studies, and the integration of AI solutions into workflows to enhance efficiency, innovation, and adaptability across business, government, and civil society during and after the war.

We sincerely thank all participants for their contributions. Your dedication, ideas, and commitment have made this project truly outstanding. Through your efforts, we continue to demonstrate the real impact and strength of Ukraine’s IT industry.

We extend special thanks to our partners, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and YouScan, for supporting the awards and providing valuable prizes to the winners. In addition, all nominees received a one-month complimentary access certificate to the YouScan platform.

The awards ceremony took place on 24 March 2026 as part of the Tech360: Policy Meets Technology conference.
