We invite IT companies and organisations with tech divisions to submit their projects for the Tech360: Brand Impact 2025 Award – an award that recognises the most impactful communication initiatives in the IT sector, organised by the IT Ukraine Association with support from YouScan.
The aim of the award is to recognise the solutions and achievements of IT companies addressing key business and industry development challenges in the following categories:
- GR (supporting government projects, collaboration with authorities);
- Growth (promotion of a brand or product in the Ukrainian market);
- Talents (solutions in the fields of education, science, and human resource development);
- Assistance for Victory (support for the army, mine clearing, adaptation and rehabilitation of veterans, aid for the children of heroes and IDPs);
- Industry Landmark Project (a significant project not covered by the above categories, but meeting the competition criteria).

Competition Selection Criteria:
- The project must have a defined start and end (starting no earlier than July 2024; at the time of application, the project should be completed);
- The project must be implemented in Ukraine (the IT company or tech division that executed the project must be operating in Ukraine);
- The project must have a unique identity (name, format, hero, etc.) and must not be a permanent initiative of the company over multiple years;
- Public announcement of the project (covered in the media and/or social networks);
- Each company can submit up to one project in each category.
The award results will be announced on June 17, 2025, at the Tech360: Policy, Talents & Growth conference.
