Synergy 2021: How Does GoIT Train Future IT Professionals?

IT Ukraine

GoIT is a silver sponsor of the annual Synergy 2021. IT Business & IT Education Conference. We spoke with Anton Chornyi, the GoIT CEO, about how the company develops its educational courses for future IT professionals.

For 7 years, GoIT has been working hard to develop IT education in Ukraine. During this time, 3,817 graduates were fully trained. The students get training in the following areas: FullStack, Python, Java, QA, and PM. Much attention is also paid to the development of soft skills, in particular, the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, develop logical thinking and show your motivation is of great importance.

It is noteworthy that about 80-90% of the group are switchers for whom GoIT training is the first step towards an IT career. The courses prepare students for full-time employment in IT, in particular, teach English and communication skills, and help prepare for an interview in an IT company. Over the past year, 500 GoIT graduates have started their work in the IT sector.

For us, supporting Synergy 2021 is an opportunity to share the knowledge and experience of teaching for IT beginners. And quality IT education is a new opportunity for the entire IT industry of Ukraine,
— comments Anton Chornyi, the GoIT CEO.
It is worth reminding that Synergy 2021. IT Business & IT Education Conference, which unites Ukrainian IT business and education, will take place on December 16–17. This year’s conference combines online and offline formats. You can get acquainted with the program and buy a ticket at the link: https://cutt.ly/rTD7mlW.
