Opening remarks by Maria Shevchuk, Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association and Andrii Kashperuk, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board on Retail Banking at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.
A public interview with Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technologies, Minister of Digital Transformation — the architect of digital Ukraine, who leads the Diia, Mriia, Brave1 and Diia.City projects and implements AI into public administration.
“State & Technology: Strategic Alliance” track:
- Alex Bornyakov, MBA and MPA, Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation — Member of the Supervisory Board of the Innovation Development Fund, working on Diia.City, developing Ukraine’s technology ecosystem, AI sector, virtual assets and the defense-tech industry.
- Olesya Danylchenko, Head of Tallinn Mechanism Project Office — over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in combating financial cybercrime and fostering international cooperation, has developed public-private partnerships.
- Ievgeniia Bespalova, Strategic Director at Molfar, a private intelligence agency, Honorary IT Ambassador of Ukraine awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine — member of the ITU CyberTech Committee, an organiser of the largest European IT competition DEV Challenge,
- Ruslan Prylypko, Head of the C2IS Direction AEROROZVIDKA NGO — launched the “Cyber Resilience” project, Chief Digital Officer at UNIT.City, implements Smart City concept, worked on digital transformation projects in the education sector.

“Beyond the Code: Developing and Scaling IT Business” track:
- Oksana Zholnovych, Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine — a candidate of legal sciences with over 20 years of experience in jurisprudence, a reformer in the social support sector in Ukraine with a focus on innovations.
- Galyna Datsiv, VP of Learning and Development at SoftServe — implemented a comprehensive system for employee learning and professional growth at SoftServe, based on the company’s competency models.
- Natalia Halunko, HR Director of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.
- Volodymyr Landa, Senior Economist at the Centre for Economic Strategy — Advisor to the Minister of Economy (2014–2015), consultant for the World Bank (2014–2015) and author of numerous rankings in Forbes Ukraine.
