PandaDoc, a Belarusian start-up, has attracted a new round of investment and become a unicorn. Investors estimated the value of PandaDoc at more than USD 1 billion, as reported by the company’s co-founder Serhii Borysiuk to IT Ukraine Association. The exact amount of the transaction is not disclosed.

The company’s investors are OMERS Growth Equity and G Squared, Altos Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, One Peak Partners, M12 (Microsoft) and HubSpot investment funds.
