Orbico Ukraine Successfully Completes Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP System

The implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system has been successfully completed at Orbico Ukraine, a subsidiary of the large international Orbico Group.

 

The implementation partner was Innoware, a certified Microsoft Partner whose team operates using its own methodology, developed from over twenty years of local and international experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions. The company has a portfolio of more than 500 successfully completed projects worldwide.

 

Due to its active growth, Orbico Ukraine encountered specific limitations with its existing ERP system. It was no longer able to meet modern business requirements, had become technologically outdated, and lacked sufficient functionality to support the effective operations of a rapidly developing enterprise.

 

Orbico Ukraine was in need of an updated, modern solution that could provide integrated management of business processes across the Group, ensure a high level of security, fully comply with Ukrainian legislation, and easily adapt to the specifics of doing business.

 

For many years, the Orbico Group has been using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system as its corporate solution, as it allows for the unification of all business processes within the large international group and fully meets its requirements, specifically:

• Compliance with international standards and the legal requirements of each country.
• The ability to simultaneously manage financial, tax, and management accounting.
• The availability of tools for analytics, resource management, and overall business administration.
• The ability to integrate with other products within the Microsoft ecosystem and additional third-party applications (banking systems, warehouse solutions, etc.).

Given the Orbico Group’s successful experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and the system’s ability to meet the company’s requirements, Group management decided to implement this specific ERP system at Orbico Ukraine.

 

The implementation of Business Central at Orbico Ukraine began with an internal audit and a thorough study of the company’s business processes by Innoware specialists. Particular attention was focused on defining the customer’s needs, goals, requirements, and expectations for the project. Key processes and operations were initially identified and implemented within the localized ERP system environment. Subsequently, and in line with the customer’s needs, custom functionality was agreed upon and developed, and data was prepared for migration from the old system to the new one. The final stage of the project involved training and system testing by the customer’s end-users.

 

Thanks to the seamless teamwork of Orbico’s implementation team, the high level of expertise from Innoware’s specialists, continuous effective communication between the customer and partner teams, transparent processes, and project methodology support, the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at Orbico Ukraine was completed in six months.
