Opportunities for Ukrainian technology companies in the UK

In a few days Association will held a webinar on the opportunities for Ukrainian tech companies in the UK.

The event will be focused on the following issues:  

  • Overview of the UK IT market: trends, impact of the COVID pandemic and Brexit.  
  • Overview of structure and trends in Fintech, HealthCare and AI & Big Data.  
  • The UK Government Tech Policy and Strategy.  
  • Lifehacks for Ukrainian IT on entering the UK market.  
  • Opportunities for support and cooperation for Ukrainian IT companies  

Speakers: 

  • Olga Gvozdiova, Expert in international trade, adviser to the State University “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office”; 
  • Bill Mitchell, Director of Policy at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT; 
  • Anna Milenina, Expert in international public procurement, adviser to the State University “Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office”; 
  • Andrew Wrobel, Founding partner of Emerging Europe. 
Date: November 1 Time: 4 pm – 6 pm (Kyiv time) Format: online (Zoom)  Registration via the link: https://itukraineassociation.typeform.com/to/SNBSovHQ   The webinar takes place within the framework of the IT Export Alliance project, which is implemented by the “IT Ukraine” Association, the State Enterprise “”Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office”, the national project Diia.Business and the Embassy of Ukraine in the United Kingdom.   IT Export Alliance is an international project implemented under the Union brand, which started in September 2020 and has been helping Ukrainian IT companies to enter export markets since then. The UNION project was created with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP).
