During this time, the company has created a comprehensive ecosystem of digital solutions based on a data-driven model — from financial accounting to advanced digital twins of elevator facilities.
Today, NIBULON operates a unified corporate management system on the IT-Enterprise platform, covering key business areas including accounting, production and product tracking, and land bank management. This enables the company to maintain high levels of operational control in real time.

The company operates extensive infrastructure: 23 elevator complexes, its own truck and rail logistics capacities, and a fleet built at its own shipyard. Even during wartime, the fleet continues river transportation along the Dnipro, Danube, and Southern Buh rivers, providing reliable and efficient logistics solutions for agricultural producers.

One of the most advanced stages of cooperation was the 2025 project to implement digital twins for 23 NIBULON elevator complexes based on the IT-Enterprise ERP system. The project minimized grain losses and significantly increased operational transparency. This case is one of the first large-scale implementations of digital twins in Ukraine’s elevator infrastructure.
For over a decade, NIBULON has been systematically building a digital ecosystem together with the Ukrainian IT company IT-Enterprise. The next step in the partnership is the digitalization of NIBULON’s HR processes using the IT-Enterprise ERP system. The companies are currently implementing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance assessment systems. This will enable full automation of the human capital management cycle within the agribusiness holding.
