More Than Half of Ukrainian IT Professionals Want to Work in the ITU Companies

IT Ukraine Association is the largest association of IT companies in Ukraine, with over 160 members and over 85,000 specialists. A survey conducted by DOU in partnership with the Employer Branding Community in August-September 2023 analysed the career aspirations of IT workers of all levels—from junior to senior. 

 

Out of the top 25 employers that were seen most favourably or were deemed the most desired workplace, 13 companies (52%) are ITU Members:

• SoftServe (55,4% = 17% “are enticed to work there” and 38% consider a job in the company “preferable”);
• GlobalLogic (51,5% ≈ 14% and 38%, respectively);
• Intellias (48,5% ≈ 15% and 33%);
• EPAM (45,0% = 11% and 34%);
• N-iX (43,9% ≈ 12% and 32%);
• Ciklum (43,7% ≈ 9% and 34%);
• Luxoft (40,4% ≈ 9% and 31%);
• DataArt (40% = 9% and 31%);
• Sigma Software (37,6% ≈ 9% and 28%);
• ELEKS (25,8% ≈ 6% and 20%);
• Beetroot (23,9% ≈ 3% and 21%);
• Infopulse (20,1% ≈ 4% and 16%);
• Yalantis (15,9% ≈ 4% and 12%).

 

If filtered by the respondents’ professional level, some companies stand out even more. For one, the top companies for beginners are those in the services field, with the leading three being SoftServe (73%), EPAM (70%), and GlobalLogic (67%). Among the most in-demand positions for middle- and senior specialists are Luxoft (57%), Ciklum (50%), and N-iX (48%) jobs.
