ITU Member Devlight announces the launch of public voting for the Mobile-First Award 2025 – the first award in Ukraine that recognises the best mobile applications developed by Ukrainian teams.

Mobile-First Award is a forward-looking initiative designed to boost and support Ukraine’s digital infrastructure. Its mission is to recognise companies that deliver outstanding mobile products with exceptional user experience, innovation and meaningful impact on everyday life.

The award includes 11 nominations:

  • Mobile App of the Year;
  • Best HR Mobile App;
  • Best E-commerce App;
  • Best UX/UI Design;
  • Best Financial App;
  • Best Use of AI in Mobile Apps;
  • Best Health & Wellness App;
  • Best Smart City & Urban Living Solution;
  • Best Gamified App;
  • Best Social or Volunteer App;
  • Best Educational App.

Click here to vote for your favourite candidate (voting is open to everyone).

The evaluation process consists of two stages:

  • Public Voting. Anyone can vote for their favorite app in each category on the official website.
  • Expert Evaluation. An expert jury evaluates each app based on criteria such as design, innovation, usability, technology, and user impact.

The final winners will be determined based on the combined scores from both the public and expert voting.

The winners will be announced on July 17, 2025, during the Mobile App Vision 202: Trends Shaping the Future of Apps  in Kyiv at Convention and Exhibition Center Parkovy. The event will bring together over 100 guests and 10+ experts to discuss major trends in the mobile industry.

Vote and get a chance to win gift cards for top services and stores.

Everyone who participates in the voting will be able to join the giveaway of gift certificates for top services and stores.
