Google launches updated AI for Business 2.0 course

Businesses today are constantly adapting to new conditions and operating in an era of economic, security and technological change. At the same time, the pace of AI development continues to accelerate: a new generation of tools has emerged, while entrepreneurs’ needs have evolved from basic awareness to deeper, more systematic integration of AI into their businesses.

 

Google is opening registration today for the free, practical AI for Business 2.0 programme for small and medium-sized businesses. It builds on last year’s Google initiative, which has been updated and expanded to reflect today’s business realities.

 

The programme covers a wide range of topics, from individual productivity and business process optimisation to AI agents and vibe coding. As before, no prior technical knowledge is required: all materials are designed for non-technical professionals and focused on solving real-world business challenges. The course will be useful both for graduates of the first cohort and for anyone looking to harness AI to scale their business.

 

Google Ukraine is delivering the programme with the support of the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine and Ukrainian edtech company EdEra.

 

Who is the course for?

 

• Business owners and entrepreneurs — strategic decision-makers with limited time who are looking for ways to free up time for business development, growth and scaling.
• Managers and team leaders — key operational decision-makers seeking to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency and increase productivity in day-to-day office work.
• Professionals who want to eliminate routine tasks and free up time for more important work.

 

The five-week programme is built around real-world business cases and the latest AI tools from Google, including Gemini, Gemini Notebook, Veo, Antigravity and Nano Banana, as well as alternative solutions and automation platforms such as n&n, Make, Zapier and Lovable.

 

Throughout the programme, participants will work through practical cases presented by Google experts and business practitioners. Each solution and tool can be tested immediately and adapted to the specific needs of your team.

 

Programme

 

• Week 1. Personal productivity — core approaches to using AI and optimising your working time.
• Week 2. AI across business functions — marketing, sales, customer support and legal matters.
• Week 3. Secure data and operations management — working with information, analytics and operational process optimisation.
• Week 4. Vibe coding and AI agents — from theory to practice. Build your own AI agent without coding knowledge in just 90 minutes.
• Week 5. Scaling systematically — developing a comprehensive AI strategy and integrating AI solutions into your business model.

Learning format and materials

 

• Video lessons: 3–5 short videos of up to 15 minutes in each module, released every Monday, covering theory and practical cases.
• Live webinars: Q&A sessions and live demonstrations every Thursday.
• On-demand access: all course materials, video lessons and webinar recordings will remain available to watch at any convenient time.
• Practical materials: weekly workbooks with ready-to-use prompts, templates and step-by-step instructions.
• AI community: a community of like-minded professionals exploring practical AI applications.
• Certificate: awarded upon successful completion of the course.

 

During the webinars, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers and take part in Kahoot! quizzes, with Google prizes for the most active participants.
