A major event by the IT Ukraine Association — Tech360: Policy, Talents & Growth will bring together over 50 thought leaders and experts from the public and business sectors as speakers, and hundreds attendees offline & online, on June 17th.
The ‘Human First: Recruitment, Development, Motivation’ track will explore modern approaches to human capital development, opportunities for professional growth in a globally competitive environment, AI and recruitment automation, the reality of the labour market in 2025, workforce preparation for real needs, the synergy between EdTech, the government, and business and the adaptation of veterans to the IT industry.

The following speakers will join the Talents track:
- Denys Grynov, Head of EPAM Campus, Vice President of the IT Ukraine Association — an expert in building cooperation between universities and IT companies, combining academic education in higher educational institutions and informal applied programs.
- Serhii Babak, Member of Parliament of Ukraine, The Head of Committee on Education, Science and Innovations in the Verkhovna Rada (the Parliament) of Ukraine — lawmaker in the field of digital transformation, modernisation of STEM fields and support for innovative educational platforms
- Dmytro Romaniuk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University — the Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Business Association and previously worked at “MG Invest”, “UkraineInvest”, “MORIS” and the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
- Taras Kytsmey, Co-founder and Board Member at SoftServe, President of the IT Ukraine Association — an entrepreneur, Honored Economist of Ukraine, a member of the Board of Directors of the EBA, contributing to the development of the IT community and IT education in Ukraine, and supporting initiatives for military personnel and veterans.
- Yuliia Kyryllova, Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine — a veteran with experience work in the public sector and activism, focusing on education and career development for veterans, particularly working on building the institution of specialists for veteran support.
- Kseniia Semenova, Acting president State University «Kyiv Aviation Institute» — implementing corporate governance reform and building an innovation ecosystem at the KAI.
