On October 9, IT Ukraine Association will host a new session as part of the Legal Talks series. This time, we will discuss one of the most relevant topics for the IT industry — gig contracts.

- “Social package” provided by the company. Which payments fall under preferential tax rates:
— Sick leave, annual leave, bonuses/premiums;
— Trainings, insurance.
- Technical specification and completion certificate. Is it possible to replace them with a single invoice from a gig specialist?
- Providing equipment to a gig specialist. Documentation and tax risks (potential VAT charges, how such transactions are viewed through the lens of corporate tax, and whether additional benefits arise);
- Non-compete agreement. How to draft it to ensure it is enforceable.
