ITU Member Companies Topped Djinni's 2024 Employers Ranking

One of the largest job search platforms for IT professionals, Djinni, has summed up its 2024 results. The rankings highlighted companies that emerged as the most active, sought-after, and tracked employers. Djinni also analysed average salaries, workforce inflows and outflows, company structures, and much more.

   

• The top ranking of companies across all indicators included 5 ITU Member companies, making up 28% of the list: GlobalLogic Ukraine, Luxoft Ukraine, Ajax Systems, NovaPay and Geniusee.

• Among the TOP 20 recruiters (the highest number of hires), 30% were the Association’s members: Sigma Software, Trinetix, GlobalLogic Ukraine, Luxoft Ukraine, NovaPay та Ajax Systems.

 

• The most popular companies among candidates’ search queries were GlobalLogic Ukraine, Ajax Systems, EPAM Systems, N-iX, Ciklum International and Luxoft Ukraine ⎯ 50% of the most sought-after employers are ITU Members.

• The companies with the largest number of job subscription followers include GlobalLogic Ukraine, Luxoft Ukraine, Sigma Software, Ajax Systems, Nova Digital, NovaPay та N-iX — 35% of the companies in the rankings are members of the IT Ukraine Association.
