On Thursday, 24th July at 16:00 Kyiv time, as part of the regular ITU Legal Talks format by the IT Ukraine Association, we’ll hold an open online meeting on the topic ‘How to Prepare for Audits: Grants, Tenders, Law Enforcement – Business Protection in 2025’.

The speaker will be Oleksandr Horobets — Head of Business Security Practice at Juscutum.

The discussion will cover the following questions:

  • Business is increasingly becoming the focus of attention from regulatory authorities — from donors to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU);
  • IT companies and other participants in public procurement and grant programs must be prepared for legal transparency.

During the webinar, participants will receive practical tools on how to protect yourself from legal risks:

  • How to properly handle documents for grants to avoid triggering an audit;
  • What to do in case of a search or request from law enforcement agencies;
  • What violations are most commonly detected in public procurement;
  • Real-life case studies from Juscutum’s practice.
