ITU Legal Talks ‘How Not to Lose a Dispute with a Foreign Counterparty Even at the Contract Conclusion Stage’

On Thursday, 21th May at 16:00 Kyiv time, as part of the regular ITU Legal Talks format by the IT Ukraine Association, we’ll hold an open online meeting on the topic ‘How Not to Lose a Dispute with a Foreign Counterparty Even at the Contract Conclusion Stage’.

 

The speakers will be Olga Kostyshyna, Counsel, Head of International Arbitration рractice at ITU Partner LCF Law Group and Anastasiia Didenko, Counsel, Head of Anti-Corruption and compliance рractice at ITU Partner LCF Law Group.
