For the first time, Ukraine has become the exclusive country partner of the Trade and Connectivity Challenge 2021, a global competition for startups! Organised by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), TCC 2021 aims to drive partnerships in joint innovation, development and use of new solutions in the aviation, maritime, land mobility, logistics and trade sectors.

Being one of the world’s most connected countries with strong regional networks, Singapore is a strategic trade and connectivity hub. In recent years, Singapore has also transformed into one of the leading innovation hubs. This is one of the primary reasons Enterprise Singapore (ESG) is organizing the Trade and Connectivity Challenge (TCC) for the third time! This year the largest professional association of the Ukrainian service and product companies – IT Ukraine – has become the country partner of the competition. TTC 2021 aims to find and develop solutions that help build partnerships in innovation, development, and implementation of novel ideas.

This year, TCC is looking for startups to showcase their innovative solutions in growth areas such as:
  1. Internet of Things (IoT) & Digital Twin
  2. Big Data, Data Analytics, Blockchain
  3. Artificial Intelligence
  4. Robotics & Automation
  5. Transport & Mobility Innovation
  6. Process Enhancements
  7. Supply Chain Management
Participants can take part in more than one challenge statement. To begin with, they have to register on the platform by 30 December 2021 and then submit their proposal in English. The Trade & Connectivity Challenge Final will be a hybrid/online event held on 3 March 2022. A detailed timeline of the project can be found on the web-site. A total of 5 winners will be selected for the Trade and Connectivity Challenge 2021. The overall prize pool is S$100,000. The Challenge winners will also get mentorship and opportunities from collaborating with established corporate partners. To attend the TCC 2021 presentation and ask your questions, potential attendees from Ukraine can join the sharing session on 11 November at 10:00 Kyiv time (UTC+02:00). Registration for the event is via the link. Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. They work with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalize. They also support the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups. As the national standards and accreditation body, we continue to build trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.
