The program is free, all participants will receive international certificates upon completion.
Export Evolution IT in numbers:
- 6 months of study;
- 2 formats of participation: independent and with mentoring support;
- 11 international mentors from Estonia, Germany, Great Britain, and Finland;
- 6 training modules;
- 200 participants, 50 of which will have the opportunity to study with a mentor.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR
The program is designed for business development managers, export managers, and top management of small and medium-sized IT companies that are already conducting their export activities and striving to succeed using systemic export approaches, as well as for those who are just planning to enter foreign markets.
HOW THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IS CONSTRUCTED
The selected participants will study the stages of entering new export markets in detail independently or with mentorship. The training will take place in a closed virtual training center together with international expert mentors in the format of video lectures and online sessions, and the result will be a detailed export plan for your company.
The program consists of 6 training modules:
- Global trends, challenges, and opportunities of the IT sector;
- Entering a new market: analysis, positioning and entry models;
- Marketing and sales;
- Sectoral cooperation and cooperation for export development, diaspora opportunities, and effective participation in trade activities;
- Clustering and development cooperation;
- Investing in export activities, financial planning, and risk management.
WHO ARE MENTORS OF THE PROGRAM
The Mentors of the Program are skilled international experts in strategic development, marketing, derivation, and scaling of IT business in foreign markets from Estonia, Germany, Great Britain, and Finland.
WHO ARE THE ORGANIZERS
The program was developed by the Foundation for Support of Reforms in Ukraine, the Marketing Institute (Estonia), and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Program. The national partner is the IT Ukraine Association.

Additionally, on August 26 from 11:00 to 14:00 there will be a presentation of the program during the online event IT DAY. We invite you to watch the expert panel discussion “Exports in the IT sector: opportunities, challenges and how to effectively develop business.” Konstantin Vasyuk, Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association, is also taking part in the discussion. During the event, you can take part in the lottery and win a bonus – a consultation from the mentor of the Program (1 hour) and a business book.
