Legal advisors have been selected for the IT Ukraine Association’s committees. Asters has become an advisor to the EdTech and CyberTech Committees, Avitar is an advisor to the AgriTech Committee and Juscutum will provide legal support to the FinTech Committee.
This decision is aimed at providing the necessary legal support for the effective work of the committees, especially in the face of rapid changes in the regulatory environment and business requirements.
Each legal adviser will support the committee’s activities by providing legal consultations, clarification of legal norms and assistance in resolving issues that arise in the course of its work.
The law firms involved in this process will allocate specific hours to each committee. This will allow the committees to focus on key issues and address the legal aspects of their work in a timely manner. Ongoing legal support will facilitate effective communication with government agencies, regulators and partners, ensuring legal transparency and compliance with current regulations. It will also help to protect the interests of committee members in matters of intellectual property, employment relations, tax planning and contractual activities.
Asters provides comprehensive legal support to clients, including major players in the IT sector. EdTech plays a crucial role in society and increases access to quality education, which is especially relevant in today’s turbulent world. We are excited to join the powerful community of the EdTech committee of the IT Ukraine Association and apply our firm’s expertise in its work,
notes Oksana Petrus, advisor and head of the IT practice at Asters.
Asters is one of the leading players in the Ukrainian legal market. The firm provides a wide range of services, particularly in the areas of information technology, cybersecurity and data protection. Working in the CyberTech Committee of the IT Ukraine Association is an important part of our activities, as it serves as a place where leading experts come together to develop the cybersecurity industry. I am pleased to be a part of the committee and plan to continue working on improving the regulatory framework, enhancing relations and communication between business and the government to achieve the goals set by the committee,
comments Yuriy Kotliarov, Partner and Head of the Tech & Comms practice at Asters.
AgriTech is an extremely dynamic and multifaceted industry that encompasses numerous exciting projects at the intersection of other industries. My own experience in this sector, including start-ups in the field of growing greenery under artificial lighting and developing special lighting systems, gives me a unique understanding of its opportunities and challenges. Today, the agricultural sector faces a number of new challenges, particularly in working with foreign jurisdictions and entering international markets. These are precisely the areas where we can help, leveraging our accumulated experience and knowledge. We strive not only to share this knowledge but also to actively implement it in real projects to support AgriTech in overcoming these challenges and promote its successful development on a global scale,
comments Yevhen Saveliev, managing partner of Avitar.
As an innovative legal firm, we facilitate the transformation of traditional businesses through the implementation of advanced technologies. FinTech is one of the key areas where innovations are radically improving financial processes for the better. Therefore, our participation in the committee is a contribution to the development of this progressive ecosystem and the support of the FinTech community’s growth in Ukraine,
emphasises Irina Bilyaeva, partner and CEO of Juscutum.
As a result of this cooperation, the committees will receive clearer legal support, which will increase their effectiveness inadvancingt of their respective industries.
