A closed ITU General Meeting took place in Kyiv on December 3rd. The General Meeting is an annual event where the Association summarises the team’s performance and welcomes new companies (ITU Members and ITU Partners) to the structure.
The guests were addressed with welcoming remarks by:
During the General Meeting, the Association team presented a concise and dynamic review of its annual activities, highlighting that in 2025, the Association focused on strengthening the Ukrainian IT market, enhancing the international positions of companies, and creating new opportunities for its members. Throughout the year, the team successfully implemented dozens of large-scale projects both in Ukraine and abroad, among the key events was the year’s main innovation conference, the WINWIN Summit 2025, which brought together the state, business, and global partners around Ukraine’s digital development, and we also continued the Let IT Be series of industry meetings aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses. An equally important event was Tech360 — a new conference format that united three key areas of industry development: Tech, Policy, and Growth, this event served as a discussion platform for the government, industry leaders, and international partners, facilitating the formation of a common vision for the IT market’s development. Furthermore, the Association organised eight international business visits and collective stands in various countries worldwide, which allowed Ukrainian companies to establish over 3000 B2B contacts. Additionally, this year we joined the secretariat of Ukraine’s first Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) in the field of AI and participated in the digital resilience reform through the registration of Draft Law No. 13505 on hostile software. The full list of projects and their results will be presented in the annual report, which is due in January 2026.
One of the most pleasant moments of the General Meeting was the traditional presentation of statuettes to new member companies, as this year, over 40 new members and partners joined the IT Ukraine community. Maria Shevchuk, Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association, and Tetiana Nazarchuk, Deputy Director of the Association, welcomed them personally on stage, stressing that these are the companies that are moving Ukrainian IT forward, scaling the ecosystem, and strengthening Ukraine’s position on the global technology map.
I am grateful to all the companies and partners who are developing the industry alongside us, together we not only represent Ukrainian IT—we set the rules, we create the opportunities that determine its future, and I am confident that in 2026, our joint results will be even more powerful
emphasised Maria Shevchuk
Also, Nataliia Ivoniak, Partner at Amrop Executive Search Ukraine, presented insights from the IT Ukraine Salary Overview study, which revealed the real picture of compensation and motivation within the Ukrainian IT ecosystem to the participating companies, and participants in the study received exclusive access to the data, which will help them plan budgets more accurately, adjust HR strategies, and remain competitive in a rapidly changing technological environment.
The survey, conducted by the IT Ukraine Association jointly with Amrop Ukraine and supported by UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, resulted in the creation of an independent and high-quality report on current salary ranges, approaches to non-material benefits, team structure, and role transformation within the industry.
General Meeting 2025 was organised by the IT Ukraine Association. Event Partners: UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group and Mercedes-Benz Ukraine.
