IT Ukraine Association and Techosystem have announced the launch of a strategic partnership aimed at consolidating Ukraine’s tech ecosystem and strengthening its overall capacity. The partnership between the two organisations will create new opportunities for successful business development across the technology industry — from launching a startup to scaling companies and entering international markets.
The partnership will bring together the expertise, resources and influence of both organisations to cover the full lifecycle of a technology company, ensuring comprehensive, tailored support for tech businesses and all participants in the Ukrainian IT market, regardless of sector, stage of development, scale or market position.
IT Ukraine Association will focus on GR support, international representation and the coordination of strategic initiatives. Techosystem will strengthen the partnership with its expertise in startup development, venture investment and the Defence Innovation/Dual-Use sector.
Our primary goal is to combine the expertise, international connections, resources and influence of both organisations to create a shared value platform for every participant in the tech market — from startups and investors to mature technology companies entering global markets,

As part of the strategic partnership, IT Ukraine Association and Techosystem plan to combine their international networks and expertise. One of the key areas of cooperation will be the development of joint technology clusters, including in Defence Innovation/Dual-Use, Cybersecurity, AgriTech, HealthTech and other sectors. Maria Shevchuk will temporarily oversee operational management of both organisations.

For over 22 years, IT Ukraine Association has represented the interests of the Ukrainian IT industry, bringing together more than 250 leading companies operating across various segments of the technology market. The Association is Ukraine’s national representative to DigitalEurope, the founder of the IT and Innovation Committee of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, and a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) in the field of artificial intelligence.
Techosystem is a public union bringing together more than 100 startups, scale-ups and investors to build a strong Ukrainian innovation ecosystem, supporting the development of its members and driving increased investment in the country’s technology sector. The union is a member of international organisations including the European Startup Network (ESN) and the European Defence Alliance, and is a co-founder of the Ukrainian Council of Arms Manufacturers.
IT Ukraine Association and Techosystem are both members of the Supervisory Board of the Diia.City.Union, an association of Diia.City residents.
As part of the strategic partnership, IT Ukraine Association and Techosystem will continue to operate as independent organisations, combining their expertise and resources to implement joint initiatives aimed at strengthening and consolidating Ukraine’s tech ecosystem.
