The IT-Enterpise team is implementing a digital transformation project in Chervonohrad, Lviv region. The project is expected to bring process transparency to a new level and provide citizens with convenient access to public services.
The project was initiated by the city authorities and received full support from the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative (EUACI). Currently, there are thousands of displaced persons in Lviv region who still need to restore their lost documents and resolve a number of other issues. Therefore, transparency and easy access to public services have become particularly important.
As announced by IT-Enterprise, the technology provider within the project, the E-Reception web platform will soon be launched. The platform is based on the most cutting-edge solutions in Ukrainian IT and the implementer’s hands-on experience.
Among other benefits, these innovations allow for faster processing of requests, streamlining the register of citizens’ appeals, launching the process of reporting corruption, creating communication channels, and ensuring data storage.
Our team has already worked on the digital transformation of Ukrainian cities. Yet the major challenge for the state is that smaller towns rarely have the resources to implement state-of-the-art digital solutions. At the same time, the citizens deserve the same level of comfort and transparency in using public services as in the central cities of each region. That is why so much importance is attached to initiatives where partner countries help Ukrainian cities, now customers for digital transformation projects, achieve their goals,” said Oleg Shcherbatenko,
IT-Enterprise founder and CEO.
Digitalization is an inevitable step for community development. With this in mind, I am truly excited that the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative’s Cities of Integrity program manages to facilitate innovative and useful initiatives that benefit our community. And it is a great pleasure to receive positive feedback on the results from our partners,
