Ciklum and Valtech have supported the e-Maliatko project, which greatly simplifies the process of providing administrative services for infants to parents of newborns. As a part of the project, IT companies donated 156 sets of laptops to the Eastern Europe Foundation, which will send equipment to maternity hospitals, Centers for Administrative Services (CNAP) and departments of the DRACS.
e-Maliatko is a comprehensive service for parents of newborns, which allows parents to quickly receive up to 10 services on 1 application at once in maternity hospitals, Centers for Administrative Services (CNAP) or departments of the DRACS. In this they are assisted by a special administrator who enters data into the database, and technical assistance greatly simplifies this process.
We are radically changing the decades-old practice of parents of newborns having to visit several different institutions and spend hours in line instead of spending time with the baby. From now on, it is enough to submit one e-application to simultaneously receive a certificate, child benefits, UNZR and taxpayer number, and register the child’s place of residence. Such reform, which greatly simplifies the interaction of citizens with the authorities and promotes the innovative development of Ukraine, has become possible thanks to the support of our partners – IT business. — says Oleksiy VyskubArturas Kvederis, CEO of Valtech, stressed that participation in such social projects is one of the reasons for the company’s participation in the Association and regional clusters. After all, with joint efforts we can achieve much greater results than by ourselves. We remind you that EPAM and UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group joined the project earlier. They donated 100 laptops and 39 printers with the assistance of the Eastern Europe Foundation to maternity hospitals, state civil registry offices and administrative service centers.
