How to Boost Business Productivity by 40% with AI: Advice from Intellias CEO Vitaliy Sedler

Technology is not just an auxiliary tool, but the very foundation upon which modern business builds its resilience and growth. This view was expressed by Vitaliy Sedler, CEO and Co-founder of Intellias and a member of the IT Ukraine Association Board, during his speech titled “The Technological Foundation of Business” at the “Vidvazhna 3. The Digital Evolution of Business”  women’s accelerator.

During his speech, the speaker emphasised that in an era of turbulence, victory belongs not to those who merely implement IT tools, but to those who start thinking in digital terms. Today, technology defines a business’s competitive strength, opening up opportunities for faster growth, agility, and expansion into new markets.

Do not wait until technological change becomes a forced necessity—transform your business gradually, step by step, turning data and technology into your strategic asset

noted Vitaliy Sedler

How exactly can technology be converted into a tangible advantage? Here are the key ideas from the presentation:

  • Save up to 20% through Analytics. Businesses that make decisions based on facts, not intuition, achieve significant savings on operational costs. Systematic implementation of solutions—from CRM to data analytics—allows for reduced expenses and increased productivity.
  • Increase Efficiency by up to 40% with AI. The use of Artificial Intelligence already enables small businesses to achieve striking productivity growth, and this does not always require excessive investment.
  • Create a Unified Digital Ecosystem. Technology must serve the business, not complicate it. It is crucial that digital systems function as a single organism: from managing client processes and data to cybersecurity, logistics, and analytics.
  • Scale Through Digitalisation. A systematic approach to technology implementation is what creates added value and truly drives the scaling of your business.

The new season of the visionary women’s accelerator Vidvazhna 3. The Digital Evolution of Business is delivered by the Diia.Business network of entrepreneurship support centres in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, with the support of UNDP in Ukraine and financial assistance from the Government of Japan under the project Transformational Recovery for Human Security in Ukraine, and within the framework of the global initiative She’s Next Empowered by Visa, in partnership with the IT Ukraine Association.
