As part of the ‘Beyond the Code: Development and Scaling of IT Business’ track, we will explore effective strategies for promoting IT products in international markets, new approaches to building brands and marketing campaigns, successful cases of Ukrainian IT companies entering the USA, EU, LATAM, and MENA, the balance between exporting IT services and developing technological solutions for the domestic market, VC and M&A during the storm, and the features of communications in the IT market.
Among the speakers of the GROWTH track are industry experts:
- Ihor Polych, Vice President of International Cooperation at ITU and CEO of Devlight — an IT company that has delivered over 100 projects (with 36 million app installations) for 20 clients listed in the Forbes Top 100.
- Denys Sychkov, Principal at Horizon Capital — manages the portfolio of companies and deal-making in the healthcare, E-commerce, and IT sectors. He has experience as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and as an auditor at PwC, and is a member of ACCA.
- Stepan Mitish, VP, Country Head at EPAM Systems — expert in strategic and crisis management of large organisations and projects.
- Roman Prokofiev, IT entrepreneur, Co-founder of Jooble — actively invests in seed and round-stage startups and is a Limited Partner in three venture funds in Ukraine and the USA.
- Dmytro Osyka, СЕО MODUS X, CIO DTEK — the head of the digital transformation program DTEK MODUS. He has experience in the field of information technology and holds an MBA degree from KMBS and the INSEAD Business School.
- Taras Goshovskyi, Chief Information and Digital Officer at MHP — an experienced leader in managing IT departments across the oil and gas, agriculture, and other industries, driving the largest digital transformation in Eastern Europe.
