Our IT companies are demonstrating that technology must serve society. Ukrainian IT is a driving force that is changing the country right here, right now. From drones for Ukraine’s defenders to educational projects—social initiatives have long become not just a part of corporate responsibility but an integral part of the DNA of our industry.

 

This digest highlights how Ukrainian IT companies, without any fanfare, are performing wonders. The IT Ukraine Association could not stay aside and has collected the brightest examples of how our IT sector contributes to victory and development every day.

HR Leaders Unite to Support K2 at HR CAMP 2025

During the HR CAMP 2025 conference, held by robota.ua, the ITU Member company, together with the “Come Back Alive” foundation, raised ₴1,300,000 for 4 ATVs for the K2 unit. The event brought together HR and business leaders who not only discuss the future of work but also take action for Ukraine’s future.

 

ELEKS Financed Prosthetics for Five Veterans—Patients of the Superhumans Center

The IT company ELEKS has been collaborating with the Superhumans Center for over a year, supporting Ukrainian defenders on their recovery journey after injuries. As part of this partnership, the ITU Member company allocated $100,000 for the prosthetics of five veterans, patients of the center.

 

Recently, the second blood donation event took place near the ELEKS office in Lviv for the needs of Superhumans patients. A total of over 130 donors—ELEKS specialists and representatives from IT companies N-iX and Gameloft—participated in the blood donation campaigns supporting Superhumans.

 

₴1,000,000 from Aurora: When Business Takes Responsibility for Economic Education

The “Aurora” multimarket network  invested in the Economic Olympiad in cooperation with the Charity Fund “Center for Free Economics named after Kaha Bendukidze,” implementing economic education projects for schoolchildren.

 

In September 2025, Aurora invested ₴1,000,000 into the Economic Education Fund, directing funds for the distribution of learning materials and events like the Economic Olympiad. The partnership has already yielded significant results, including the creation of economic education accelerators in Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, and Lviv regions and the distribution of over 5,000 textbooks.

 

Intellias Donated Adaptive Bicycles for the Invictus Games Community in Ukraine

In early November, the ITU Member company Intellias donated adaptive bicycles for participants of the Invictus Games in Ukraine. As part of its partnership with the organisation, the company invested ₴1,000,000 in purchasing adaptive equipment. The donation took place during the “Day of the Invincible” in Ternopil, which brought together veterans, military personnel, and their families to promote adaptive sports.

 

The adaptive bicycles are designed for people with various types of injuries, including spinal injuries, amputations, and vision impairments. This allows for individualised training and ensures equal access to sports for veterans and military personnel. Intellias consistently supports veteran initiatives and adaptive sports in Ukraine.

 

“Leleka” and EPAM Launch New Stage of Frontline Aid

Until 29th November, the autumn wave of the “Backpacks of Life 2.0” collection, organised by the Charity Fund “Leleka-Ukraine” and ITU Member company EPAM, is ongoing. The aim of the initiative is to raise ₴1,000,000 for purchasing tactical backpacks, which will be equipped with modern medical supplies such as tourniquets, occlusion devices, scissors, tubes, and other essential tools for medics on the frontlines.

 

This fundraiser is part of a long-standing cooperation between EPAM Ukraine and “Leleka-Ukraine.” Over the years of joint initiatives, more than 340 fully equipped backpacks, valued at over ₴13,000,000, have been delivered to the frontline. All these funds and resources are directed to support the medical needs of Ukrainian defenders.
