The Ukrainian tech ecosystem has received a major boost: the global entrepreneurial network Endeavor has officially launched its office in Ukraine. The announcement was made at Endeavor’s San Francisco office, gathering over 50 Ukrainian entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
Among the evening’s speakers were Nazar Gulyk, Ambassador of the IT Ukraine Association, and Dmytro Kushneruk, Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco. The panel discussion, moderated by Marianna Boneki, highlighted the importance of international connections for scaling Ukrainian companies.
We need to take action to support Ukraine’s tech ecosystem, especially in these times. Endeavor is the best news we could receive!
said Nazar Gulyk.
Endeavor Ukraine aims to support high-growth entrepreneurs by helping them enter international markets, attract capital, prepare for IPOs or M&A, and recruit top talent.
I genuinely believe that Ukraine has enormous potential to become one of the strongest tech & startup hubs in the world, despite the ongoing war. But this is only possible with the right support,
said Sviatoslav Svyatnenko, Managing Director of Endeavor Ukraine.
Ukraine’s ecosystem has brought—and continues to bring—many outstanding products and service companies, such as Grammarly, WhatsApp, and GitLab,
emphasized Nazar Gulyk.
The Endeavor Ukraine Board of Directors includes leading business leaders:
Financial support for Endeavor Ukraine’s launch was provided by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF).
This launch marks a significant step in strengthening Ukraine’s startup ecosystem, especially amidst the challenges of war.
