Discussion Panel: “Investments and M&A in IT Business: Market Overview and Strategic Forecasts”

On September 12, as part of the IT Ukraine GR Conference 2024, a panel discussion titled “Investments and M&A in IT Business: Market Overview and Strategic Forecasts” will take place.

 

The panel will focus on analyzing the investment and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) market in the IT industry. Participants will discuss current trends and forecasts for investment in technology, capital-raising strategies, and share successful M&A case studies. Special attention will be given to the importance of data due diligence: what questions investors typically ask during this process and how to prepare for it. In the final part, the speakers will provide recommendations for strategic planning and development of IT companies.

 

The discussion will be moderated by Artem Kuzmenko, Partner in Corporate Law and M&A at ETERNA LAW. The panelists include:

• Natalia Denikeieva, Director of the IT Industry Development Directorate at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
• Ihor Markevych, Head of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology Hub in Ukraine, Program Lead for IT Arena 2024.
• Andriy Oksenyuk, Chief Financial Officer at Ciklum.
• Serhiy Honcharevych, Managing Partner at Capital Times.
