Contribute to Exclusive IT Ukraine Salary Overview

We invite you to take part in an exclusive study — a joint initiative of the IT Ukraine Association and Amrop Ukraine, supported by General Partner UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

 

The purpose of the research is to create a comprehensive analytical tool that will help IT businesses make strategic decisions on compensation policies and talent retention.

 

A distinctive feature of the study is the combination of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. At the first stage, 20 in-depth interviews with HR leaders and top executives of leading companies have already been conducted, allowing us to identify key trends in remuneration, motivation, and benefits.

 

Participation in the IT Salary Research opens up new opportunities:

• reduce staff turnover risks by offering conditions aligned with market expectations;
• build a competitive system of rewards and benefits;
• optimise HR budgets by investing in the factors most valued by employees.

 

Please note that the results of the research will be shared exclusively with ITU Member and Partner companies that take part in the survey. Thus, the IT Ukraine Salary Overview will serve as an internal strategic tool for the development of the Ukrainian IT industry.

 

Application deadline — 16 September 2025.

 

All submitted data will be processed with strict confidentiality, anonymised, and used solely in aggregated form for industry benchmarking. No information that could identify an individual company will be disclosed.
