Thanks to a well-designed business continuity plan and a focus on people and their needs, Ciklum was able to quickly restore productivity indicators, ensure the well-being of colleagues, and maintain business sustainability. These achievements received recognition from the HR Brand and Forbes Ukraine.
In November, Forbes Ukraine published a list of the 30 most sustainable private companies in Ukraine, which included seven IT businesses. Ciklum was no exception – the company is showing promising results in terms of financial dynamics, as well as maintaining key business indicators and keeping the team.
Although the Human-to-Human approach got more popular because of the tragic events, I am convinced that this tendency will continue after the victory. Care, respect, and recognition of each individual is a solid foundation for the future development of Ukraine, added Tetyana Laduba, the company’s Global Head of Employer Branding and Employee Engagement.Even before the start of a full-scale invasion, the company’s BCP plan focused not only on business continuity but also on the physical and psychological safety of the specialists. The company’s approach included, among many other things, relocation to safer regions and its financing, early salary transfer in February, comprehensive information about the situation, and the development of a psychological support program. In general, Ciklum has already invested more than $5 million in implementing this plan in Ukraine and directed about UAH 50 million to charity. In 2022, Ciklum opened new development centres in Bulgaria and Romania. However, the company keeps Ukraine as its key delivery hub and plans to increase investments.
