What you will do:
- Support a warm and human-oriented communication in our community – Ukrainian IT companies
- Scale our community. You’ll be in charge of planning and executing activities to promote community engagement
- Handle hardships and conflicts our members may experience
- Day-to-day community engagement via our channels
- Reporting to track community management efforts
Qualifications:
- Prior community management experience or demonstrable experience in networking
- Strong writing and customer service skills
- Proven success working in fast-paced, super-collaborative team environments
- Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Ukrainian, English – at least Upper Intermediate
