We continue to introduce the speakers for the Policy, Growth and Talents tracks at Tech360: Policy, Talents & Growth — a major event that will take place on June 17th (Tuesday) and bring together the tech community, experts from the public and business sectors around key topics of IT industry development, both offline (in Kyiv) and online.

Among the speakers of the Policy Track:
- Maria Shevchuk, CEO at IT Ukraine Association — an expert in the internationalisation of Ukrainian business, international cooperation and attracting grants, a representative of the tech industry in dialogue with the government – one of the main focuses of her work is the implementation of sanctions and the prohibition of russian software.
- Anton Demokhin, Deputy Foreign Minister , Chief Digital Transformation Officer, founder and architect of cyber diplomacy — an expert in the integration of cybersecurity technologies in both private and public sector entities.
- Andrii Kashperuk, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board on Retail Banking — Vice President of ITU for SME, expert in digital finance and leader of transformations in retail banking, actively supports innovation and sustainable development in Ukraine.
- Artem Skrypnyk, СЕО FAVBET TECH (ITU Member and resident of Diia.City) — a company that develops innovative solutions for iGaming and is ranked among the top 50 product IT firms in Ukraine – has gone through a career path from intern to CTO.
Among the speakers of the Talents Track:
- Mychailo Wynnyckyj, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine — Master’s and PhD from the University of Cambridge, advisor to education ministers (2014-2020), Head of the Secretariat of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (2019–2022).
- Kostiantyn Tatarkin, Veteran, Advisor to IREX — an expert in commemoration and reintegration, former advisor to the minister and head of the department at the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, project leader of Veteraniu in the IT sector, Co-author of the Veterans and Their Families Policy Concept.
- Volodymyr Strashko, PhD (Economics) and CEO of Unicorn School — EdTech expert, ambassador and member of working groups for the implementation of modern technologies in education, mentor of the international business community Board.
- Yaroslav Prytula, Senior Vice-Rector of UCU, founding dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and guest lecturer at the UCU Business School, expert in strategic management development and the implementation of innovations in the learning processes.
Among the speakers of the Growth Track:
- Oleksandr Kolb, General Partner and co-founder of the investment syndicate Toloka.vc, CEO of the marketing agency Promodo — builds marketing and sales strategies for large international brands and is one of the founders of the Kharkiv IT Cluster.
- Olena Polianchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Head of Legal Department at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group — recognised as the best legal consultant in the field of banking and financial law.
- Artem Borodatiuk, Founder of Netpeak Group, Member of Strategic Board Diia.City United — is a member of the Council for Entrepreneurship Support under the President of Ukraine.
- Serge Hancharevich, Managing Partner, Capital Times — an expert in investments and M&A transactions, co-founder and board member of the “Children of Heroes” Charity Foundation.
