Alexandra Govorukha has been recognised with the Excellence in Technology Award for Best in Digital Transformation at the Gulf News & BeingShe awards.
The programme, organised by Gulf News in partnership with BeingShe, received more than 300 nominations this year, with only 35 women and organisations selected for recognition.
This award highlights Alexandra’s long-standing focus on building and connecting tech communities, and advancing digital transformation across ecosystems.
In her reflection, she emphasises a key insight that resonates strongly across the industry: “Technology alone does not create transformation. It is people who do. Real change happens when innovation is understood, trusted, and adopted, and communication plays a central role in turning strategy into impact.”
Her work across the tech ecosystem, including her role as Ambassador of the IТ Ukraine Association in the UK and the UAE, participation in international initiatives, and academic focus on digital transformation and strategic communications, continues to reinforce this perspective.
