Over the years, the IT Ukraine Association has accrued extensive experience and knowledge base in all of IT industry verticals. We’re fostering close collaboration among businesses, governments and international partners. In spring, ITU announced the launch of industry committees #ITUAgriTech, #ITUCyberTech, #ITUEdTech and #ITUFinTech.
From 18-31 July and 9-15 October, Strategic Sessions of each committee were held, with each vertical’s challenges being discussed and paths to real solutions determined.
At the beginning of the year, the industrial committees were a hypothesis. Today, we have a clear understanding of how to transform the country’s technological sector – through verticals! The IT sector will remain the leading force for change,
emphasised Mariia Shevchuk, Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association.
The main task of the committees is to unite professionals in their respective fields. The committees serve as an excellent platform for initiatives. We will continue to support such positive initiatives,
noted Andriy Kashperuk (Deputy Chairman of the Board for Retail Business of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Vice President for Work with Small and Medium Business of the IT Ukraine Association for 2025-2026).
On 5 December at ITU General Meeting 2024, Stanislav Shum, CEO and Founder of Top Lead, presented four navigators, an analysis that delves into four respective verticals of Ukraine’s IT industry. These navigators provide the landscape of the verticals and mapping of leading companies in each. The navigators will serve as valuable guides, sources of inspiration, and motivation for collaboration among Ukrainian IT companies.
Promoting the IT industry is a whole ecosystem that promotes both the sector as a whole and its individual industries. Such targeted efforts contribute to the popularisation of the sector in Ukraine and globally,
stressed Stanislav Shum (CEO and Founder of Top Lead), at their presentation.
