Of the 17 IT companies-respondents to the CSR initiatives catalog, 13 are participants of IT Ukraine Association: Computools, Beetroot, TECHIIA, Infopulse, N-iX, Innovecs, Intellias, Luxoft, Sigma Software, SoftServe, EPAM, Eleks, Diya.
Most of the surveyed companies implement educational projects, improve working conditions and staff development, and hold charitable fundraisers. The Association member companies work mostly in the field of education: 75% of them create or support educational courses for students of IT specialities and cooperate with Ukrainian universities.
The following popular areas of CSR projects among the Association member companies:

- Partnership for sustainable development
- Innovation and infrastructure
86% of companies cooperate with public organizations and charitable foundations, thanks to which they managed to reach an audience of over 33 million people.
In general, only 73% of the surveyed companies count their CSR projects coverage.
Among the 25 companies that answered questions about the CSR budget, almost half plan to increase their annual CSR budget next year. The impact of CSR projects is measured by 34% of the surveyed companies. 50% of the companies measure it partially.
The CSR initiatives catalog was created by the Pro Bono Club team to enhance the effectiveness of business cooperation with the public sector. It presents a statistical overview of the CSR field of Ukrainian companies, acquaints them with their interests in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals and presents examples of implemented cases. The CSR initiatives catalog in Ukraine was created by the Pro Bono Club team with the support of IT Ukraine, Happy Monday, European Business Association, and CSR Ukraine.
It is worth reminding that IT Ukraine Association has been implementing corporate social responsibility projects since 2015. In April 2021, IT Ukraine also supported the UN Global Sustainable Development Goals. One of the four key areas of the Association’s work is the work of the Education & CSR Community.
