SmartFin, a Ukrainian online accounting platform for sole proprietors and small and medium-sized businesses, has joined the IT Ukraine Association.
The company has been building its own product since 2013 and is a Diia.City resident. At the time of joining the Association, more than 11,000 sole proprietors and companies use the platform.
SmartFin brings together the core accounting processes — from source documents and bank transactions to payroll, HR records, tax reporting, and electronic document exchange.
For 13 years we have been making accounting simpler for Ukrainian business, and throughout that time we have seen one thing clearly: the rules our clients work by change faster than any product can. The Association is where those rules are discussed with the people who write them. We joined to be part of that conversation. And to make sure the experience of thousands of sole proprietors and small companies is heard in it,

The team is currently expanding the platform’s management accounting capabilities, in particular reporting on profit and loss, cash flow, and the financial position of the business. This will help owners make decisions based on their accounting data.
A separate area of work is accounting for Diia.City residents and new capabilities for limited liability companies.
SmartFin joins the IT Ukraine community with the experience of building and developing a product that daily bridges the needs of Ukrainian business and the requirements of the law. As their motto states: “From bookkeeping to running the business — in one system”.
