Platform company Kiss My Apps (KMA) and its Founder & CEO, Dmytro Lola, have been recognized as Endeavor Outliers — the top 10% of entrepreneurs and tech companies within the global Endeavor network, which spans over 3,000 founders across 50+ countries.
Having scaled its business by 27x over its first three years while remaining entirely bootstrapped, Kiss My Apps earned its place among the fastest-growing companies in the world, according to Endeavor.
What Dmytro has built in just three years is genuinely rare. An amazing platform behind scaling more than 20 products that have reached 130 million combined users. We’re excited to welcome Kiss My Apps to Endeavor’s global network as an Outlier from day one,
says Sviat Sviatnenko, Managing Director at Endeavor Ukraine.
The Endeavor Outliers status is reserved for only the top 10% of entrepreneurs within the community who have successfully scaled their businesses with limited resources and achieved the highest growth rates in their niche. Key metrics for the Outliers Class of 2026:
For us, the Outlier recognition is a profound market validation of our operational model, which relies on the compound effect. We built this company with zero outside capital, making this global endorsement incredibly meaningful to our team. Now, our goal is to fuse our operational expertise with the collective experience of the Endeavor community to elevate our platform to its next stage of global scale,
says Dmytro Lola, Founder and CEO of Kiss My Apps.
Endeavor evaluates approximately 5,000 candidates worldwide annually, filtering out up to 98% of applicants to secure the final 2–3% who meet its business benchmarks and fundamental values. Kiss My Apps and Dmytro Lola were selected to the network by an International Selection Panel featuring executives, board members, and investors from Bihler Investments, Grab, Bicycle Capital, and Pomelo.
Ukrainian entrepreneurs in the Endeavor network already include Aleksandr Konotopskyi (Ajax Systems), Dmytro Dubilet and Nick Bezkrovnyy (Fintech Farm), Roman Prokofiev (Jooble), Vlad Yatsenko (Revolut), Anton Pavlovsky (Headway Inc), Yuri Alekseev (Solidgate), Dmytro Voloshyn and Kirill Bigai (Preply), Ivan Shvaichenko (Boosteroid), Anatolii Kasianov and Bogdan Nesvit (HOLYWATER TECH), and Igor Gordiichuk, Aidan Rushby, Amy Rushby, and Roman Sumnikov (Carmoola).
The selection of Dmytro Lola and Kiss My Apps marks yet another milestone for the Ukrainian tech ecosystem, further strengthening Ukraine’s presence within Endeavor’s global network.
