On June 20, the IT Ukraine Association took part in the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the Chernivtsi IT Cluster — a union of creative and initiative-driven individuals working on the development of the IT sector in Chernivtsi.
Maria Shevchuk, Executive Director of the Association, joined the discussion panel. Among the event attendees were representatives of IT companies, educational institutions, government, and local businesses that make up the region’s IT ecosystem.
We would like to express our gratitude to Dmytro Shkilnyuk, CEO of Chernivtsi IT Cluster, for the invitation. The event emphasised the importance of people, ideas, resilience of Ukrainians, and the drive to develop business even in the midst of war.
On the same day, a meeting was held with the rector of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, with the participation of Taras Kytsmey, Co-founder of SoftServe, President of the IT Ukraine Association. The discussion focused on the future of universities, the Ukrainian IT sector, and the country’s digital transformation.
