On August 26, we are holding the third event in the series of ITU Public talks #Frankivsk mentoring meetings on promotion strategy through team branding, networking and community. The special guest of the event will be Vitaii Bulda, Representative of Bosch Group in Ukraine, General Director of Robert Bosch Ltd. He will present the “Team brand development. Unity and motivation in times of changes” case study.

Vitalii Bulda started his career at Bosch Group in 1993, joining the creation of the concern’s regional company in Ukraine. For 13 years, Mr. Bulda worked for Bosch Group outside Ukraine, holding the positions of Regional Sales and Business Development Manager. From 2011 to 2021, Vitalii Bulda acted as the Vice President of sales at Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH in the Baltic and CIS countries (excluding Russia). Since 2013, he has been the General Director of the Bosch representative office in Ukraine.

Today, Bosch is one of the country’s largest suppliers of solutions for the automotive industry and the secondary market of auto parts, power tools, thermal technologies, energy-efficient systems, security systems, as well as industrial and household appliances. Bosch in Ukraine is part of the Bosch Group of Companies, a leading global supplier of technologies and services. Bosch is engaged in the restoration of car starters at its own production facilities in the Lviv region. The Bosch service center for maintenance and repair of power tools is located in Kyiv. In 2009, the company opened a Bosch training center for car repair shop specialists. In 2023, Bosch will celebrate the 30th anniversary of its work in Ukraine. In 2021, the company entered the TOP-25 companies with the best environmental programs in Ukraine.

Bosch improves the quality of life through the development of innovative technologies with a wide range of possibilities and inspiring solutions. The strategic goal of the Bosch Group is to create innovations and technologies “invented for life”. Every year, up to 16 social projects are implemented by the company and its employees.

In the first days of the War, the management of the company made a decision to stop all central servers of Bosch Ukraine, and already in the second week of the War, the risks were reviewed and a decision to connect two locations to the network was made. In mid-March, a trial shipment of orders from the Odesa and Lviv branches was carried out. At the end of March, the head office was temporarily moved from Kyiv to Ivano-Frankivsk. The branch in Lviv is working; the branches in Odesa and Dnipro are working in a special mode.

We clearly see our mission – Bosch continues to work to help restore Ukrainian infrastructure. We expect a great demand for the company’s products in Ukraine – from automobile spare parts and hydraulics for agricultural machinery to power tools and thermal engineering,
— Vitalii Bulda, CEO of Robert Bosch Ltd., commented.
Together with local managers and the crisis team, the company regularly assesses current situation in the region in order to be able to make any relevant changes to its operations as soon as possible. Employees make their own decisions about returning to work. Regardless of their choice, the company regularly pays wages. Bosch continues to devote all its energy to the well-being of local workers and their families. Join our event! Follow the link for the details.
